The Backseat has been accepted into the Golden Door International Film Festival and the Laughlin International Film Festival!

This fall is shaping up to be an exciting time for The Backseat. First, in September, we will be screening at the Golden Door International Film Festival of Jersey City. Then in October, we’ll be at the Laughlin International Film Festival in Nevada! Stay tuned for more details.

The Backseat takes home TWO awards at the Chain NYC Film Festival!!!

To continue The Backseat’s recent embarrassment of riches, we took home the awards for Best Comedy and Best Actor (Chris Bellant) at the Chain NYC Film Festival. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for Kirk and everyone who was a part of this festival. Thank you all so much!!!

I am thrilled to announce that The Backseat took home not one, but TWO awards at the 2014 International Indie Gathering. We won the Viewer’s Choice Audience Award and Best Supporting Actress (Allyson Reilly). Thank you all so much for supporting this sill hemorrhoid movie!
